I work closely with a small number of clients at a time to ensure each business is supported with care, clarity, and intention. If space is not currently available, your application may be held for a future opening or I may recommend a strategy session as a starting point

What to Know Before We Begin

A few things to help you understand what working together looks like
and whether this is the right fit.

  • Please complete the application with as much detail as you can. This helps me understand where your business is currently and what kind of support would best serve you.

    All OBM retainers begin with a 3-month commitment to allow for meaningful implementation and support.

  • I believe in transparency and clarity when entering into this kind of support. Ongoing OBM retainers typically begin at $1,500/month, with most clients investing between $1,500–$3,000/month depending on the level of support needed.

    My clients are typically generating consistent monthly revenue and are at a stage where investing in operational support allows their business to grow more sustainably, without added pressure or burnout.

    If ongoing support is not the right fit at this time, I may recommend starting with a one-time strategy session to bring clarity to your next steps.

  • As your OBM, I step into your business as a steady, strategic partner, supporting you in organizing, simplifying, and strengthening your operations behind the scenes.

    This may include:

    • streamlining systems and workflows

    • managing projects and priorities

    • supporting your team and communication

    • creating more structure in your day-to-day operations

    Depending on your needs, support may include a combination of ongoing communication, project oversight, and regular check-ins to ensure everything is moving forward clearly and sustainably.

    Each retainer is customized to your business, with the intention of creating a calmer, more supported way of operating as you grow.

  • I personally review each application and will be in touch within 2–3 business days. If it feels like a strong fit, I’ll invite you to a discovery call to connect and explore working together.

    If ongoing support isn’t the best next step, I may recommend a strategy session or offer guidance on what support would serve you best right now.
