I am sure of this, that he who started a good work in you will carry it out to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. - Philippians 1:6
In your Coaching Sessions we listen for the Lord’s Wisdom around life circumstances you’ve felt challenged by for weeks, months, even years. Every session is an opportunity to experience revelation, clarity, wisdom, and healing through the power of the Holy Spirit.
life coaching is customized to exactly what you need but if you’re a person who thrives on examples (like me) here are some topics we can explore together…
healing unforgiveness & shame from sin and/or grieving your past
overcoming ungodly fear + strongholds, processing past traumas, breaking word curses + generational curses, learning to spot an ungodly thought pattern
stepping into your Christ identity - knowing who you are + whose you are, discerning when the Holy Spirit speaks to you + being obedient
exploring spiritual gifts, finding your godly purpose and passions - are you doing what gives glory to God?
healing from challenging relationships, building community + healthy friendships, building character
practice setting healthy boundaries (not building walls) & learn to communicate your needs as a loving advocate for yourself
fear around getting married, having kids, changing jobs, starting (or pivoting) a business - big life decisions + transitions
what to do after leaving the new age and/or support for new believers
and so much more…
where there is no vision,
the people perish.
Proverbs 29:18

Even if you’re not sure what to start with first in coaching, that’s where I come in. We’ll look at the whole picture of you and your life and we’ll create a 3-month plan to support you in working toward your goals that feels supportive, do-able, and fun. Yes, you should look forward to our sessions (because if not, you’re probably with the wrong coach).
3 pillars will guide our work
a balanced approach to live in faith day to day
without overthinking, second guessing, + worrying you’re disappointing God
🕊
Jesus is your Lord
when you get saved it can be easy to think ‘ok, everything’s going to be so easy now’ when in reality the work is just beginning.
living like Jesus is your Lord is a blessing. and, it’s a responsibility. each day we get many, many choices in how to live and act and grow.
do you trust Jesus? in order to, we need to spend time with Him, tell Him things, and practice trusting Him through obedience, repentance, and worship. build a solid relationship where you know Jesus and He knows you.
does that sound like what you want to get stronger in? good! it might sound serious, i promise, it’s a JOY. and if it doesn’t feel like a joy, i’d like to help you with that.
🪞
mentorship
we don’t realize the power of presence and deep listening until we experience it. no phones, no interruptions. but this is exactly what you get in
1-1 coaching.
transformation in any area of life requires focus on that thing. working together, we’ll have the time to focus on you in a way that’s life giving. you’ll receive prayer, coaching, insight from the Holy Spirit, and even small homework assignments to keep you growing between sessions.
coaching is an active process on both of our ends. you’ll be asked questions that will require you to reflect and share, and, you’ll receive guidance & coaching from Eliza.
🕊
faithful foundations
want to get stronger in your spiritual disciplines? great! we’ll look at: Bible reading + study, worship, prayer, repentance, fasting, church + fellowship, and more. what are your goals in these areas and how do you bring these into your day-to-day without feeling overwhelmed or like a failure when things don’t go as planned.
we’ll let go of the ‘all or nothing’ mindset and build a practice-able plan that feels fun for the season of life you’re in. if you’re new, we’ll start slow in order to build roots for lasting habits. or, if you’ve been doing this awhile go deeper.
we’ll also make a plan to let go of idols, temptations, and/or new age practices from your past without judgement or shame.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
You’ll receive grounded coaching, reflection, and encouragement that’s kind, compassionate, and biblical. We will often pause to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and see questions, circumstances, frustrations, and challenges you’re facing through the eyes of Christ.
Together we will find new perspectives, solve problems, set goals, (when needed) and celebrate your wins.
In Christian life coaching we use thoughtful questions, scripture, prayer, the leading of the Holy Spirit, and other supportive practices to help you grow in your life emotionally, spiritually, and even physically. All work together is guided through a biblical worldview. The goal in this work is lasting change. This is why we look at the root of where certain challenges in your life have been stemming from vs simply modifying behavior. We can put our trust in the Lord for your transformation.
🕊 🕊 🕊
you are set apart, shouldn’t your approach to spiritual growth be too?
Secular coaching focuses on what is popular in culture - often focusing on goal setting and manifestation but not addressing the root cause of your circumstance. For example, repeating self-love mantras, being coached to do what feels good, and engaging in new age practices. You may find some benefit to these things short term but in the long run you’re often left exhausted from striving in your own effort instead of making change by God’s strength.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How does coaching work?
We meet over the phone (or Google Meet) 2 times per month for 50 minutes. In-between sessions you have the option to email or send audio messages to Eliza for additional support and prayer M-Th.
Our ‘off’ weeks with no sessions are meant for you to be in your life. Ideally you’re taking action on what we worked on in your sessions. There’ll be times when you have questions or amazing things that happen that you want to celebrate together - this is exactly what using text + audio messages between sessions is meant for - encouragement + extra coaching!
Q. will we be a good fit?
I love that this is important to you, because it’s important to me too. When you apply to work together you’ll also schedule a free discovery call where we’ll talk about why you’re looking for a Christian life coach + the kinds of things you’d like my support with. There’s no pressure when signing up for a free call to become a client. That free call will help clarify for both of us if we’d be a good fit as client + coach.
I also suggest you listen to a few podcast episodes or read some of the blogs to see if you align with my teachings.
Aside from that think about if you are coachable - do you get excited to make changes? do you like receiving feedback? are you open to growing? do you want a coach to be honest with you about your weaknesses or blindspots? If yes - than I think you’d be a lovely fit for coaching. My coaching philosophy is definitely loving, kind, and compassionate and, I add-in big questions that will require you to make choices and/or reflect in deeper ways. If you’re not interested in that level of growth we may not be a good fit.

"Eliza held space for me to receive a sense of clarity and certainty about what's next for me"
I appreciate how Eliza held space for me to receive a sense of clarity and certainty about my career and finance plans. Eliza's compassion and resonance with what I am growing through felt very loving and caring throughout the session, she has a very grounding presence. Eliza gave me a sense of confirmation that my essence is more than enough and that being willing to walk like Christ is what my calling is right now.
